  5. Be sure that the condensed water pipe in the indoor unit has no blockage.
  6. To prevent your unit from mold and mildew you must spray a mild disinfectant inside the indoor unit at least once a month.
  7. To circulate the refrigerant and keep the seals fabricated run the air conditioner for a few minutes.
  8. Look for a professional every other year to assure that the system has plenty of refrigerants and the contacts and switches are functioning very well.
